Everything in the Basic Tier plus premium canned beer, draft beer on tap and the house cocktails on the menu. Drink packages require a standard 2-hour minimum, are prepaid by headcount, and are tracked with wristbands. After the first 2 hours, each additional hour is $25 per guest.

Mid Tier open bar

Everything in the Mid Tier plus all premium spirits for a fully elevated experience. Drink packages require a standard 2-hour minimum, are prepaid by headcount, and are tracked with wristbands. After the first 2 hours, each additional hour is $35 per guest.

Premium Tier open bar

The whole bar closed to the public: the Pub, the Banq and the Attic, for about 150 guests (175 max). A food-and-beverage minimum of $2,000 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, excluding 8.88% tax and 20% gratuity; December buyouts are $2,500 per hour. Open bar or cash bar is your call and packages and catering are optional. A door person checks IDs; you provide your own guest list or check-in.

WHOLE OF PUBKEY

Our private back room, curtained off from the bar under a peaked wood ceiling with skylights, a disco ball and a Persian rug in the middle of the floor. Bench seating runs the perimeter with tables and chairs, and two flat-screen TVs, a wireless mic, Bluetooth speakers and an XLR input for a DJ come with the room. Seats about 50 or holds 70 standing. There is no bar in the room: guests order at the main bar, or we pre-set beer buckets and a cooler for the group. Best for birthdays, launches, talks and private parties of 40 to 70.

The Attic

The banquette: a semi-private nook between the bar and the Attic, with tufted leather booths under gilt-framed prints and red neon, curtained off from the bar scene. Seats 20 or holds about 35 standing, with a TV for a slideshow. Ideal for a birthday, happy hour or work drinks for 10 to 35 who want a corner of their own with the bar a few steps away.

The Banq

The main bar: a long wooden bar under a pressed-tin ceiling, orange neon, checkerboard floor and a wall of bar stools. Open to the public day to day, so it is where a handful of friends grab a table or start a tab, and it closes to the public only for a full venue buyout, when the whole of PubKey (about 150 comfortable, 175 max) is yours.
